Alois Moyo is an accomplished and seasoned actor, who since 1985 is a member of Amakhosi Theatre, the cultural arts instituition in Zimbabwe. What got started in 1980 by Cont Mhlanga as a karate group in the Township of Makokoba has turned into the Amakhosi Township Square Cultural Centre, with highly rated productions nationally and internationally. He had played leading roles in almost all Amakhosi productions as well as international performances on stage and film.

Since 2005 Alois Moyo is living and working in Germany and can be seen as an actor in various TV-productions. Right now he is playing on stage at the Stadttheater Minden as Wesley in "Ladies Night". Besides this his main occupation lies in the work with kids in different musical and theatrical projects with schools and communal centers.
